Ingredients

  • Bottle gourd - 1 
  • corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cumin seeds- 1 tsp
  • green chilli - 3 nos
  • curry leaves - few
  • curd - 1 tbsp
  • garam masala - 1 tsp
  • lemon - 1
  • oil for fry

Instruction:

1. take a bowl and add corn flour,chilli powder, garlic paste and salt to taste.


2. add some water and make a paste, 


3. then add sliced bottle gourd and mix well


4. leave this for 10 to 15 minutes for the spices completely absorbed by bottle gourd. the take a pan or kadai and add oil for fry. then fry the bottle gourd with light flame.


5. take a another kadai and add oil, cumin seeds, green chilli and curry leaves. fry well


6. add curd, red chilli powder, garam masala and mix well


7. now add the fried bottle gourd and mix well. after frying of 3 minutes, turn off the flame.


8. now the tasty and crispy bottle gourd Manchurian recipe is ready to serve. serve with lemon juice and sliced onion.

  1. madam try substituting corn flour with makkai aata (yellow) its more healthier.
